Art Deco Decoupage Christmas Card I printed off the topper and decoupage on Pro Jet 190gsm paper and printed on Best Print for the enhanced colour, cut out all the decoupage and the topper placed the topper on the card with double sided tape, the put double sided foam pads on the decoupage and fixed them on the card I cut out the insert and double sided taped it to the inside of the card
