I printed onto Crafty Bob's photo paper and cut out. The Main Topper was matted onto Gold Mirri card with d/s tape and attached to a 8x8 card base. The Second Topper Layer was added with foam tape and the Decoupage added with foam pads.

To finish I added a Greeting Tag, Pearls and the Matching Insert inside.
