I printed the design on card stock, used sticky pads to add dimension, and adhered the topper and insert to a blank white card with double sided tape.

I used a gold paint marker to trace the bauble then retraced it with a clear glimmer pen.

It is difficult to see the true effect at this size. If you enlarge the picture you will see the texture and shine the bauble has.
