Printed onto Gloss Photo Paper. I cut out all the elements, and curved the edges of the main element., and using DST I attached it to a White 8 inch card. I did the same to attach the insert inside card. I used foam pads to attach the Decoupage. I stuck
yellow crystals in the middle of the flowers around the card and a very bright gem in the middle of the Blue flower. I used small amounts of glitter in certain parts of the card. A very cute Design.
