A really fun card.

I printed onto good quality satin paper. Cut out all the elements and completed the decoupage with foam pads. I added some glitter to the icicles and the ground snow, the sentiment and the insert. I then added a background of contrasting paper from my stash and matted the whole design onto a white scalloped card.
