Printed this design using photo paper and cut out all the elements, I placed the design base onto the front of my card, then made up the design using 2mm sticky pads
Cheeky chap . Printed, cut out and first attached base to my card blank and then added layers using silicone glue. Added one of the supplied greetings and some glitter buttons to middle of flowers and corners. Great card.
