I printed all parts of this beautiful cute design slightly reduced size, onto 160gsm decoupage paper. I matted the base image to a blue green satin card and attached to a scalloped 8inch card with dst.

I also attached the matching insert panel with dst.

I attached the centre panel and the snow embellishment with 2mm foam and decoupaged with glue gel.I used turquoise glitter gelly roll pen to highlight the bear's scarf and other details.

I used clear wink of stella brush to give a pretty sparkle to the tree branches and snow covered elements in the background, also to the little boy's hat and fur trim on his coat.

I also attached 3 snowflakes to the background, they look pink in the photo, but are actually white! What an adorable design!
