I printed this on photo paper cut it out and layered it up, I added it to a blue card that picked up the blue in the topper and then framed the topper with silver peel off borders and added silver corners and some gems to finish the card off
I printed the design onto crafty Bob's matte photo paper and cut out all the elements...I matted and layered the main image and mounted it onto white stock card...I added the decoupage using silicone gel and added one of the sentiments from the kit...to finish I added a little glitter,this is a gorgeous design.
