I printed onto Crafty Bob's photo paper and cut out all pieces. I matted the base layer onto Silver Mirri card with d/s tape and added to a White 8x8 card base.
The Second Topper layers were added with foam tape and the decoupage with foam pads.
To finish I added Clear Gems, a Greeting Tag and the Matching insert inside.
