The main image is printed onto glossy photo paper and the centre section removed. After applying the outer boarder to the yellow mirror card the cute image was matted onto more yellow mirror and replaced on the image.

The decoupage was applied using 3D glue gel and the cute little birds have flowersoft applied to the pom poms and rim of hats.

The sentiments are from my stash and the faux gems compliment the colour theme of the hats.
