I used a 7" white square card, attached Merry Christmas grosgrain ribbon along the borders. Added 6mm gold pearls on the opposite corners. Glued assorted gold pearls on the train wheels and pink/blue pearls on the bobbles. Placed Dovecraft crystal glitter glue on the letter box. Attached the matching insert inside with d/s tape.

Used Collall tacky glue and ds tape to create the matching envelope.
