Penguin Capers - Bumper KitCompleted by Diane Vermeer

Printed onto gloss photo paper. I scored and folded where indicated to make the card, insert and the envelope. DST was used to stick the insert inside the card. I then used Foam pads to add the decoupage. DST was then used to construct the envelope. Another lovely design Helen.
