I made a quick card first with this design. First I resized the design for a 6x6 card. I printed the main card front and insert onto 120gsm bright white paper and the sentiment onto 170gsm photo paper.

I stuck the card front onto a pre folded white card blank using DST and stuck the insert inside the card.

I added the sentiment to the front using sticky foam pads. There are decoupage elements to use for a more 3D card.
