This topper is quick and easy to make. I printed the card onto good quality photo paper twice, cut out the decoupage pieces from the second card then used mounting tape to create the 3D effect.

When this was done I mounted the topper onto good quality card stock.

It is not necessary to make this card 3D as it is awesome just the way it is. Whoever receives this card will wonder how you made such an awesome card and will surely be pleased.
