I printed on to matte photo paper. Mounted the topper on to a card. Layered all elements. Added glitter and a sentiment. A gorgeous, cute design.

lovely card ,printed this onto satin paper then cut out all the elements I used a white card for this cut a square of black paper and stuck it to the white then on with the base layered up using mounts added some sparkle to finish.
I cut out all elements, matted onto silver mirror card , stuck elements onn with foam pads added glitter and personalised with mum
