Spring Out Gatefold Card - Flight SchoolCompleted by Shelagh E Osborn Wright

I printed the sheets onto matt photo paper, cut out the parts, scoring where indicated. There is a tutorial on the forum for this ,but it is very simple to put together.

I used extra strong glue stick for all the flat parts that are joined back to back and then cut out the arch where the reindeer springs out from!

I used power D.S. tape for the spring out mechanisms, first the two which attach the sides of the inside of the back greetings panel to the centre arch of the gatefold panels, and the centre spring which attaches the reindeer to the centre of the inside back panel.

I decoupaged with foam pads. I added glossy accents to the antlers and hooves, snow pen to the trees, cristal stickles to Santas fur trims and a pretty button to the red decoupaged bow.

I also added a red handwritten greeting in Spanish. There are several greetings included.

This is a gorgeous pop out card design. I'm sure that any child would be thrilled to receive it this Christmas! It looks absolitely stunning made up.
