Printed onto white card, and cut out each element. Mounted onto gold holographic card using DST and then onto red card using DST. Built up the decoupage layers using sticky foam pads, added relevant top banner and bottom banner.
Embellished using red and clear crystals to give a sparkly finish and added insert. Love this card.
