I printed off the decoupage sheet and cut out the base image using a paper trimmer and small scissors to cut out the decoupage layers. I affixed the base layer using double sided tape and the decoupage layers using foam squares.

What a elegant and timeless Christmas card. To make it extra special simply add some mini clear crystals to the baubles.
