Vintage Snowman & Penguin Fun Mini Kit Completed by Pam Sperling

I printed this on 190 matt photo paper glued onto 8x8 card decoupaged with foam tape and the front snowman and penguin I used silicone glue added a red bow on top of the decoupaged bow and a few gems around the sentiment also on the snowman's eyes a few silver snowflakes and glitter on his hat and scarf also the penguins hat and on the holly leaves
