A great design
I printed the image on Matt photo paper and cut out the elements
I added the Topper to the card base with double sided tape and mounted the layer's with foam pads and finished with my choice of sentiment and a few pearl embellishments

I printed on to matte photo paper. Mounted the topper on to a card. Layered all elements. Added a crystal star and a sentiment. A gorgeous design.
