Winter Frosting Gifts from PenguinCompleted by Pat Mottram

I printed this card onto matte photographic paper, I mounted the base image onto toning navy blue card and fixed to a white card blank. The decoupage was constructed using silicone glue, Diamond dust was applied to the snowflakes and the snowy areas,Glossy Accents to the beak and glitter using a glitter pen to the butterfly wings. Lastly the sentiment was matted onto textured silver card and fixed with foam pads.

This is a delightful image with vibrant colours, the decoupage is deep and very effective.
