Printed card base onto 200gsm white card and the decoupage onto matte coated paper. I used DST to join card at top and silicone for the decoupage.

I printed this design onto photo paper and cut out all the elements, I placed the front and back of the design onto my card and cut around it, so the card is the same shape as the design, I then made up the design using 2mm sticky pads
