Celebration Balloons Completed by Lois Robinson

I printed this design onto 160 gsm card, I decoupaged the layers using foam pads and matted the image onto black and pink card, I stick lace and gems around the edge of the design and used gold glitter for the balloons and strings, I added a bow that comes with the kit, finally I added the matching insert in the middle.

I done the same with the little card this kit is amazing so pretty and great for all occasions. If you buy this card the mini card will come with it.
