Used an 8" x 8" white card. Added extra 3D squares under the Congratulations banner to create a raised effect. Glued 6mm gold & silver pearls on the opposite corners. Added Dovecraft crystal glitter glue on the lampshades and L plates.

Attached the matching insert inside with d/s tape.
