I made the card and small note almost exactly the same, using scissors, a craft knife, craft glue, and double stick foam.
Quite easy to figure out, no real directions needed.
Perfect as a Thank You card or Birthday card also, so I used the Thank You sentiment on the smaller one.
It was nice that no other card stock is needed except to print!
