I printed the sheets on lightweight card and the insert on matt photo paper. I cut out the topper, layer, insert, all decoupage and a sentiment. I attached the topper to a light blue die cut sheet, then on to an 8" card using DST.

I added the decoupage and sentiment with foam pads. The insert was attached with DST. I finished with a blue ribbon and bow. This is such a cute design, perfect for Easter or a spring birthday!
