I printed the base sheet onto 250 gsm. matte photo paper and the others onto 150gsm. I also printed a sheet of a toning green to back the card with for extra strength.
I cut out the pieces, made up the envelope then scored and folded the base card before adding the layers using sticky pads.
I added the backing sheet using DSST.
