After printing and cutting out all elements I attached to white 300 gsm card stock. I then trimmed around edges to make the bag shape. I used ribbon for the handle instead of the pre printed handles as this is my preference but either would look good.

I then attached all of the elements using 3D sticky tabs and a few gems to finish off this beautiful card.
