I printed both sheets on to matte photo paper at half size. Mounted the topper on to a yellow punched mat, then on to lilac card, then on to a 6x6 white card.
Layered all elements. Added sequin blossoms and gems to embellish.

I printed this stunning design onto good quality matt photo paper and cut it out, then added the base onto the card with DST, the other elements I added with foam pads.
This is a really stunning card made up !!
I printed the design on a glossy photo paper, attached the design to a colored cardstock , cut out all the elements, and made a 3D card.
I also added a border sticker all around the card.
