I mounted onto a 7 x 7 cream scalloped edge card that I had punched holes down the spine and threaded ribbon through.

I added the layers using sticky pads and added the sentiment tag to the ribbon end, gluing the blank tag to the back and sandwitching the ribbon end in between, leaving the tag to dandle down the card.

This is a simple and stylish design
