The design was printed on quality cardstock and the decoupage was done with foam pads. The card front was adhered, with double sided tape, to white card. I decided not to cut the white card as I liked the contrast that highlighted the scalloped edge.
This is a gorgeous Easter card. I love the vibrant, rich colours.
