I printed the parts onto 160gsm paper,scored the tabs and cut everything out. This is simple to make with clear photo instructions. You just need to attach the side flaps to the reverse of the envelope front, then the base and finally the top flap.
I used power DST for this and glued the base over the side flaps with photographic glue. This produces a beautiful envelope to present the matching card in(Mother Mary). Well worth making!It looks gorgeous.
