I printed the sheets on quality cardstock and cut out all the elements. I used foam pads to decoupage and double sided tape for the rest of the card construction.

I made a small, white, ribbon bow and attached it to the base of the fan's handle with a pearled brad.

Tiny, pale, pink, pearls were adhered to top of each handle section. I then attached the fan to a blank, scalloped, white card. I finished my card by adding two tiny white pearls to my choice of greeting. Clean, Simple, Elegant
