I printed onto Crafty Bob's photo paper and cut out. The Main Topper was matted onto alternate layers of Silver embossed card, Dusky Pink Foil card and Light Pink card with d/s tape and attached to a White Pearl 7x7 card base..

The Second Topper Layer was added with foam tape and the decoupage added with foam pads. To finish I used the Matching insert inside, after matting onto Silver embossed card, I added a Greeting Tag to the Top and the small Topper to the reverse of my card.
