I printed onto Crafty Bob's photo paper and cut out. The Main Topper was matted onto alternate layers of Silver Embossed, Pale Pink and Dark Pink card with d/s tape and attached to a White 7x7 Card Base.

The next layer was added with foam tape and the decoupage with foam pads. To finish I added Gems, added a Greeting Tag and used the Matching Insert inside.
