Printed on to good quality glossy photo paper. Cut off the left hand side, then with a piece of ivory card stock larger than the main piece I scored and folded to make a tab, then attached to the main piece to form the back of the card.

I then cut out the rest of the main piece and all other pieces. (This gave me a card base that matched perfectly to the front without much trouble and no measuring required).

Attached other pieces using foam pads. Very elegant card that is very quick and easy.
