I decoupaged the topper with 3d foam, layered on to gold mirror card and then mounted on to an 8x8 black square card.

I printed both sheets on to photo paper at half size. Mounted the topper on to red mirror card then on to a white card. Layered all elements. Added circles punched from mirror card and a shoe lace bow.
