I printed the sheet on quality cardstock and cut out all the pieces. I used foam pads for the decoupage parts and double sided tape to adhere the card front to a soft green card base.

I adhered white cardstock to the back of the card and rounded all of the corners. I punched out a border strip of the soft green cardstock and glued it over the white strip on the left.

I used dst for the insert and small image for the back of the card. The sentiment allows you to use this card for a large variety of occasions.
