I printed out twice to decoupage the centre scallop and mounted onto an 8 x 8 cream scalloped edge card.

I punched holed down the spine of the card and threaded ribbon through, tying into a bow at the top.

I decoupaged with sticky pads, added my chosen sentiment to the bottom and finished off by adding tiny pink gems to the scallop edge and adding the matching insert
