The wording on the front of the card reads 'Dear One' on the tag and 'So very happy you are in my life' on the main image.
The insert is blank.
Side panels on the main card fold out to allow the top of the card to fold down and rest on them for displaying the card.

I printed onto 200gsm photo paper and put the base back through the printer to add the backing paper. I scored, as required, before cutting out. I assembled the card, adding the insert and main topper using wet glue. I added the decoupage and sentiment using foam pads.
A novel card that is very easy to make and sure to impress.
