Printed onto Gloss Photo Paper. DST was used to attach the Topper to a scalloped edge card. Foam Pads were used to, add the Decoupage. I stuck the sentiment to top corner. I put some Crystal Glitter on the petals of the flowers. A lovely design, easy to make up.
