I printed onto decoupage paper, matt topper onto black card then onto a red card blank. I added decoupage with foam pads and glue gel. I added a sentiment peel off sticker to the tag and stuck with foam pads. I embellished with tiny red gems and teardrop gems.

I stuck insert in with wet glue. Beautiful design.
