Printed out and cut out all the elements. Using the backing sheet I trimmed it to fit. I placed the base image onto the backing sheet and attached it to a white 8 x 8 scallop edge card using d.s tape and then added the remaining pieces using foam pads. I placed the "Happy Birthday" tiles onto the card also using foam pads. There is a matching insert which I placed inside to finish the card.
