A beautiful design
I printed the image on matt photo paper and cut out the elements
I added the topper to the card base with double sided tape and mounted the layers with foam pads and finished with my choice of sentiment

I printed these lovely designs onto good quality photo paper, then mounted onto white card. I added decoupage using 2 mm thick foam pads
