I printed the design onto crafty Bob's matte photo paper and cut out all the elements...I followed the easy instuctions and mounted the main image onto a scalloped edge card...then added the decoupage using silicone gel...to finish the card I added little pearls to the flowers and attached the insert to the inside of the card using DST...a beautiful and colourful design.
