I printed out sheets onto matt photopaper, cut out and attached base to turquoise pearlescent paper, then to white scalloped edge square card, added decoupage with foam pads and finished with matching turquoise bow.
A beautiful vintage design.
I edged the topper with a gold leafing pen before mounting onto an 8 x 8 cream card with a punched rose design corner.
I decoupaged all the parts using sticky pads and finished off with a gold elasticated bow down the spine
