I cut out both copies, separating one copy into two panels, then put narrow strips of tape over the card spines on the back of one copy to strengthen the "hinges", and finally attached the two cards back-to-back with a glue stick (this covered the tape strips). The pyramage and sentiment were added with silicone gel for the smaller layers and foam tape for the large ones. I finished with gold Liquid Pearl dots and some peel-off corners over the "hinges" to add more strength and a pretty decorative touch. ){kind=link}
