used an 8 x 8 Scalloped card .then used gold mirror and an embossed card for first mat and layer.used wet glue to attach to card.then used a square die to make a mat and layer for topper to go on.Did decoupage with silicon glue ,then attached to card with sticky fixers .Embellishments used are organza ribbon and a gem strip around bow and used mulberry flowers.Put some gem down front of corset .Sentiment on card is Happy Birthday.there is an insert for you to put your message on.If you wish to purchase this card there are other sentiment and these are they.Best Wishes,With Love,someone Special,On Your Special Day,Happy 18th Birthday,Happy 21st Birthday.This is a very pretty topper and enjoyable to make love it
