I printed out the sheets onto 220gsm good quality photo paper. I matted the base image onto silver mirror card, added a feather & die cut swirl corner & used foam tape to mount it to the 8x8 base card i'd covered in a CUP backing paper.
I decoupaged the layers with 3D glue gel & used Star Dust, Waterfall, Eucalyptus & Diamond Stickles to add lots of sparkle.
The image was printed on satin photo paper. An 8 x 8 card was covered with a pale blue grunge paper using dst. The main image was attached using dst and the decoupage elements attached using glue gel.
