A beautiful design
I printed the image on Matt photo paper and cut out the elements
I added the Topper to the card base with double sided tape and mounted the layer's with foam pads and finished with my choice of sentiment and a satin ribbon bow

White base cardstock used, selected medium green cardstock as background. Glued topper onto kraft (tan) then onto the green, layering with double sided mounting tape.
Added multi size beige and white adhesive gems and glitter. Card includes matching envelope.
